MEET Evan

Introducing Evan, an integral part of the elite training team at Thesis. With a robust portfolio that spans over 3 years in the fitness industry, Evan's journey commenced in the world of corporate gyms, eventually bringing him to where he is today—a specialist in strength training, body recomposition, and weight loss. His steadfast commitment to his craft ensures that regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, Evan has the expertise to guide you toward reaching your ultimate fitness goals.

Evan's unique training philosophy is eloquently conceptualized: "Your body is your canvas, exercises are your brushes, and your diet is your palette of paints. To realize the masterpiece you envision, it's imperative to choose your brushes and paints with utmost care." This artistic metaphor is emblematic of Evan's intricate understanding of the relationship between exercise, nutrition, and the ultimately the pursuit of wellness.

Outside of Thesis, Evan enriches his own life through a dedicated regimen of self-improvement. He is an avid reader of self-help literature targeted toward men and maintains an active lifestyle that aligns with his professional ethos.

It would be an understatement to say Evan practices what he preaches: he can deadlift an incredible 700lbs, a feat that not only exemplifies his own commitment to fitness but also serves as a galvanizing example for all his clients. It is a true testament to what can be achieved with dedication, consistency, and the right guidance.

I've been going to Thesis for a little more than two months now. This is the third time I've worked with personal trainers in DC and I was looking for something a little different this time--less focus on the scale and cutting calories, more focus on building muscle and achieving sustainable results. So far, everyone at Thesis has been incredibly supportive of those goals. Ori, Sean, and Evan have all worked together to make tweaks so my training aligns with my goals. Evan is my main trainer and he's always super upbeat and energetic, even in the early mornings. The facilities themselves are fantastic, with lots of equipment and space. It's a great place for people who are serious about training hard!
