One of our athletic performance trainers will meet with you to see where you're currently at with your athletic performance, discuss your medical history or any past injuries that they need to be aware of, and discuss what you're wanting to accomplish with sports performance training.
Next, your sports performance trainer will put together a personalized plan that's designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and healthy manner. They'll create a schedule for you of when you'll come into Thesis and what you can be doing at home to keep up your training.
Lastly, your athletic performance personal trainer will work directly with you each week, both in the gym and checking in with you through the Thesis Fit app outside of the gym to monitor how your training is going. Whenever anything needs to be adjusted, they'll be there to take care of it and encourage you every step of the way.
