Unfortunately, while in college, I suffered a knee injury that robbed me of the pleasure of running, jumping, or playing any sports. Worse, blood work revealed that I was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol and blood pressure.
These setbacks were my call to action. I immediately began extensive rehabilitation followed by a structured training program. Within the next three months, through the introduction of individualized supplementation & dietary changes, I was able to lose 30 pounds and notably reduce my blood pressure.
Success leaves clues. Inspired by these results, I began learning from the brightest minds in the industry.
I was taught by the late Charles Poliquin, along with other world-renowned experts in the health & fitness arena, such as CSCS James Walker, Dr. John Rusin, Dr. Ken Kinakin, Dr. Alfredo Herrera, Stephane Cazeault, and I am currently learning under Tom Purvis.
I stay on top of changes in the fitness industry by seeking continuing education seminars and mentorships with reputable coaches. Previously, I put myself in the client's shoes and completed two photoshoot preparations in 2020 & 2021, while studying Advanced Hypertrophy and Body Composition protocols from coach Juan Carlos Simo in the Dominican Republic.
With this education, along with years of hard work and dedication, I have been able to deliver measurable results to my clients.
