Her clientele ranges from middle school athletes to individuals aged 80 and above. Each program is tailored to help clients successfully achieve their goals, whether it's losing body fat, gaining muscle, increasing strength, or correcting movement patterns while building self-confidence.
Lauren's qualifications are impressive, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. She is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength Professionals Association and has completed Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Additionally, she has achieved The Functional Movement Screen Certification Levels 1 and 2 and she has undertaken specialized training in stress, sleep, and recovery, recognizing the importance of these factors in achieving optimal health and performance. Lauren's dedication extends to her own growth as well, as she has competed twice in The National Physique Committee's bikini division.
In addition to her fitness pursuits, Lauren indulges in various hobbies and interests. She is a talented singer, having competed competitively in high school. Her creative side shines through activities such as painting, cross-stitching, and other crafts. Lauren also enjoys cooking, immersing herself in music, binge-watching captivating TV series, and traveling. She particularly adores spending time with her dog, Maverick.
