At Thesis we understand that you have a busy life but want to stay committed to achieving your fitness goals and overall health. This is why we are open early from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. M-F and from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Our range of hours and location in the heart of Washington D.C. make it convenient for you to get your workout in around your work schedule and personal time.
